ABOUT ANDREA
Andrea has over 18 years experience of teaching fitness, pilates and yoga classes and holds qualifications for all. Andrea is committed to bringing classes to all and regularly attends workshops, seminars and lectures to ensure that the classes delivered are all safe and effective.
 
 
CLASSES
Community based yoga, pilates and fitness classes with no membership fees. Simply pay as and when you come. The classes are suitable for all regardless of age, size or fitness level. There are various classes available with more coming soon. There should be a class for everyone to suit demanding busy lives.  The Fitness classes are designed to get results without being overly complicated.  Andrea firmly believes that fitness should be fun!
 
 
CORPORATE
Andrea is available to come to your place of work to teach a variety of classes either before or after the working day. At present Andrea teaches classes to School Teachers after work in the school hall and also teaches teenagers as part of their after school activities.
