YOGA
 
Yoga is a science of happy and healthy life developed over thousands of years. Yoga originated in India and is practiced World wide by anyone regardless of age, sex, religion or fitness level. Yoga is non-competitive, everyone will work at there own pace. Classes consist of asana (postures) which are based on anatomical function of the body, breath awareness and meditation. Classes can range from soothing sessions to energetic sequences. Postures are accessible for all, modifications are offered.

Classes consist of a cardiovascular section to improve heart and lung function and aid fat loss, a strength section to tone muscles and a stretch section to increase range of motion and ease of movement.
