John T Howitt b.1838 married Elizabeth Martha Round in Southampton on 8 April 1862. They had three children Amy Elizabeth b.1863, Ada Florence b. 1864 and Benjamin John Joseph b.1865. I have no record of John T Howitts death but Elizabeth wa recorded as a widow in the 1881 census and remarried Henry Pierce in 1896. John T. Howitt had two brothers and a sister.
