For 2006 we will be putting on our 15mm game, the Battle of Arsuf, a classic crusader battle featuring Saladin and his Saracens versus Richard the Lionheart with the Knightly Orders.

More information on the battle will follow shortly but for now here is a gallery of pictures taken from a practice run of the game.

Initial Moves

The light cavalry let fly with a volley of arrows and are met with a hail of crossbow bolts

Arrows fill the sky but the Knights still manage to get into battle order

The crusader commanders offer each other support...at least while there are some good dice being rolled
