Crawley Wargames Club - About Us
Home | About Us | Links | Events

Crawley Wargames Club is a small, friendly club that plays a wide variety of rules and periods from Ancient to Ultra Modern.

The club consists of two branches:

Friday nights the focus is on "traditional" wargames such as Ancients (DBM, Viz Bellica), WW2 Games (Spearhead, Panzermarsch, Rapid Fire), ACW (Fire & Fury), Renaissance (DBR), Colonial (Principles of War) and Napeleonics (Napoleons Battles, General de Brigade). Pretty much anything basically...if you have figures for it we'll play it!

Thursday is Warhammer night, in particular 40K but also the occassional Fantasy Battles game.

The venue for both is a dedicated hut in Tilgate Park, Crawley (West Sussex), which has 5 tables available for wargamers and plenty of free parking facilities.

On both nights we tend to start at around 7.30pm and go on to 11.30pm. Once a month we meet up on Sunday to play a longer game - this is normally from 1.00pm until 7.30pm.
