| BASIC SETTING OUT - Duration 3 Days | |
| An introductory course and no previous experience of setting out is required. This course is a must if you are doing any excavation work or do not require the full New Roads and Streetworks qualification. An essential Supervisor's learning aid in Civils work and building. A REAL MUST. |

| STREET WORKS - Duration 5 Days | |
|
This course is a must have for all Civil Engineering and
Building companies and clients. This is becoming mandatory for all sites. The course is an even mix between theoretical and practical and the candidate is trained by an experienced hands on skills trainer. The candidate and Company will benefit from this form of course presentation and WILL TAKE IT ALL IN. Warning for candidates it is a very intense course, but worth while. quote: " A worthwhile course and the trainer was excellent, knows the subject. | ESTIMATING & COSTING - Duration 1 Day | |

A basic introduction to estimating and costing small works.
This course is aimed at anyone in the construction industry who has the
responsibility for pricing small works, this includes self employed
plumbers, joiners, builders etc. This course provides an ideal
introduction for those with little experience in estimating and costing.
Training will be given by way of tutorials and practical exercises.

The course intends to give a clear understanding of how manual handling tasks should be identified, undertaken by ways of demonstrating the correct procedure for lifting, and the repercussions if not. A MUST for all Companies to prove training was given to employees on the correct methods of Manual Handling. | |

| SITE SUPERVISORS SAFETY COURSE - Duration 2 Days | |
| This course is for site supervisors and anyone who has the day to day responsibility for site safety supervision on any construction site no matter how small. The Health and Safety at Work Act does include you and your workplace and therefore also includes the self employed plumbers, joiners etc. The course aims to ensure candidates have an overview of their responsibilities for Health and Safety in the workplace/site and the course provides an ideal introduction for those supervisors who have little previous experience of Health and Safety. A good pre-empt for the 5 day Supervisor's Course. | |
