St Mary's is part of a property, which was originally a Church of England primary school built in about 1850. It was converted in 1985 to seven terraced houses.
The house is at the end of Church Lane in a private road close to the ruins of the Norman Castle. It is within the City walls and a short walk to the centre and all the amenities.
Just outside the front door is a single reserved parking space.
