Said that deposit had to be made for the Resistivity Meter. Ed to contact Guard to find out if Bob Will was coming/reserve lecturer Peter Yeoman about Cadzow Castle. Ian - to meet Malcolm to discuss the Friary plans Alan - Had no reports on Safety Jack - report on last meeting of Museum collection policy came from Ed. Jack mentioned the next meeting of the Forum was 22/08/01. He also said that there was going to be a course on documentation. Jack and Ian to go. A.O.C.B 1. Alan talked about the possibility of the donation of Ian Morrison's collection of books to the Society. Possible solutions examined including Library and Museum. Committee generally welcomed the idea but there were reservations about the size of the collection and how it was going to stored. 2. Visit to Fife churches to be organized next year. 3. Archivist required for the Society - Neil volunteered 4. Half bottle of black bottle plus card for Charlie Bulloch. 5. Ed mentioned possibility of airshow in 1910. 6. Ed mentioned that he was going to take some aerial photos and was looking around for suggestions. 7. Ed mentioned that the Society had been offered the possibility of a dig in the Castlegate. 8. Informal join event with Ladas and the Museum - autumn 9. Ian offered to record list of donations. 10. 3rd November Conference - Death and Destruction on Hadrian's Wall - South Shields- several members to attend
