View from Ballard Lee to Ballard Down
Ballard Lee and Ballard Ridge are a pair of 1930's semi-detached bungalows set on the northern edge of Swanage, approximately one mile from the town centre, looking out onto the National Trust land of Ballard Down. The cliff top is within a few minutes walk, with access to the northern end of Swanage beach and to the South-West Coastal Path. The sea front is about 1/2 mile distant.
The bungalows are set in large, mature gardens at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac, with off-road parking. Facilities are ideal for all ages, especially families, offering spacious and comfortable accommodation, and both Ballard Lee and Ballard Ridge have been awarded 3 Stars by Visitbritain. They are well furnished and carpeted throughout.

You will find plenty of things to do in South Dorset to suit all tastes throughout the year. Popular activities include walking, cycling, snorkelling, golf, horse riding and water-sports.
Must-see local attractions include Lulworth Castle, Brownsea Island, Tyneham Village, Corfe Castle. Monkey World, The Tank Museum and Durlston Country Park. The town of Swanage is known for its gently sloping Blue Flag beach, its spectacular summer carnival, restaurants, cinema, Victorian pier and interesting shops.
Directions to Ballard Holiday Bungalows
On entering Swanage via Victoria Avenue, turn left at the clock on the sea front. Follow the road for approx. 1/2 mile, past All Saints Church. Bear Right at the triangle of trees and carry straight on into Ballard Way and onto Ballard Estate. On the Estate, take the first turning on the Left and Ballard Right and Ballard Lee are at the end of the cul-de-sac.
