Ballard Lee provides generous accommodation for up to 8 people and has been awarded 3 stars by Visit Britain. Peaceful setting in large mature garden with views of Ballard Down. Close to beach and South West coast path. Ideal for walkers and families. Many of our guests return year after year. Short breaks are popular in low season. The accommodation comprises:
- Large hall with cloakroom.
- Large, spacious lounge with electric fire, colour television with Digital & DVD player and dining table.
- Well-equipped kitchen with full-size gas cooker, microwave cooker, washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, ironing board and iron, ample crockery and cooking utensils.
- Separate dining area. (The kitchen and dining area overlook the garden, with views to Ballard Down)
- Three large bedrooms -
One double bedded room with washbasin.
One double bedded room with en-suite shower, washbasin and toilet.
One twin bedded room with washbasin and additional bunk beds. - Separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bath.
Lounge - Ballard Lee
Duvets are provided, requiring either a top and bottom sheet or a duvet cover and bottom sheet. Pillowslips are also required. Linen hire is available on request @ £6.00/single and £8.00/double. Please provide your own towels.
Electricity is on £1 coin meter. Gas for cooking, heating and hot water is included in the rental.
There is full central heating.
There is parking for 2 cars.
Well-trained dogs are accepted by arrangement and are charged at £20 p.w. each (max. 2). However, they must not be left in the property unattended and must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Please bring bowls and utensils for your pets.
