Another great spectacle of Scottish (& Irish) music, song & dance brought to you by 400 performers at the Royal Albert Hall and 150 performers on Tour.

The new theme for 2002 "Scotland Forever", will celebrate the successes of Scotland and its people worldwide.

This great Scottish event in England's premier venue has been described as "Better than the Edinburgh Tattoo" and many times as "The best show we have seen". So, if you want to help us celebrate "Scotland Forever" without getting wet then book now for your Scottish night to remember.

Ingredients next year are even more diverse than usual

The best of Scottish (& Irish) music, song & dance.

Massed Pipes & Drums, Premier Highland, Scottish Country and Irish Dancing, Scottish & Gaelic Singers, Champion Brass Band, Scottish String Quartet, fiddlers, Scottish Small Pipes and more....help us celebrate the achievements of Scotland & its people.

Tribute and collection at the Anvil Show

As a mark of respect and support following the tragedy in New York and Washington, the SWT Woodfalls Brass Band made a special arrangement of "America the Beautiful" as the evening hymn. The Lone Piper Pipe Major Iain McNeill of The Ringwood Pipe Band, played the lament "Flowers of the Forest" and then a minute's silence followed. A pin could have been heard. The show resumed as normal thereafter.  A collection held in aid of American Red Cross, raised the staggering sum of £819. Even better news...the tax credit for charity donation resulted in a final credit of £1050 when I completed the transaction. The show was a super event - the best yet. Thank you to those who attended, the performers and the staff of the Anvil, Basingstoke.  Ian

The tour is complete! What a great tour - the best ever - and what a wonderful attendance at Bournemouth International Centre - a show record outside of the Royal Albert Hall. All tour venues exceeded their previous best Scottish Tattoo numbers - so the word is out! Thanks to all the performers and audiences + the venue staff and the helpers and advertisers who combined to produce a wonderful experience for all.
