		Ian Bennett M.Ed. B.A. has over thirty years experience of working in education. As a primary school teacher, as headteacher of two primary schools; as a primary schools adviser, OFSTED Registered Inspector and senior education officer. Ian was one of the lead trainers in the pilot year of the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and has long experience of training teachers and headteachers in management of classrooms and schools. He has supported many schools in Special Measures. He has been very involved in training and supporting governing bodies in schools required to improve. He has worked with schools and education administrations abroad - in Botswana, in Hong Kong and in mainland Europe, both as an inspector and as an adviser.
