School Self Evaluation
What do we do
School Improvement from the Inside
Support for LEAs
The nature of the Ofsted Inspection a school receives in the
future is likely to depend on the robustness and effectiveness of
the school's own self evaluation processes. The consultation on
the inspection process shows that schools strongly support
single focus inspections, with that focus being determined as a
result of the school's own self-evaluation process. This assumes
the process will be rigorous and on-going rather thatn 'one-off'.
Therefore, schools will need to have self-evaluation embedded
in their strategic planning processes. We can help you achieve
this by:

*developing a project plan for the school self-evaluatuion
process

*initial data collection, collation, analysis and
interpretation

*developing an action plan

*acting as a critical friend throughout the process.
