This will be quite a horror story, with half the Kings & Queens suffering most violent deaths up to King Charles I.
During the last thousand years there were 11 Royal Houses.
The Royal family tree included many of the European Houses.
Other topics will include major events that shaped history.
There will be a table of how many children were born etc.
Printed charts of family trees will also be passed around.
I am delighted that Tony feels well enough now to consider giving his talk, which was postponed from June. He has stepped into the breach at the last minute as well since we had to rearrange the date for the original outside speaker. This should be a very interesting evening with a different flavour to our usual technical evenings. Please come if you can and give him an appreciative audience.
So we met once more at the Barn Brasserie for another enjoyable evening. I think everyone enjoyed the food and the good company but the service was a bit slow. Several cameras were in evidence with Frank and Peter. Some of the results from both are shown here. Thanks Frank for your photos. Working out the bill again proved tricky but is now complete.

A little advanced publicity for our October talk.
At present we have a confirmation from Steve Revill and are hoping Jack will be able to come too. This should be a good introduction to Risc OS open and their plans for the future of our favourite platform. Please make this a well supported talk.
