VICTIM #1
 Name: Jay
Stance in movie: Jay was Ray Bronson's best friend and a fellow fisherman.
Memorable Quote: "This is fucked up man."
What happened: After Ray was called by Julie, and invited to the Bahamas with Karla and herself, it was Jay who managed to pursuade Ray to forget his pride and go with Julie to Tower Bay Island. Instead of just ringing Julie back and saying he will go along with her, Ray decides it would be better to surprise her. ("She'll be psyched!" - Jay). When Ray and Jay are driving to surprise Julie, they spot a man lying face down in the road, a car nearby. Thinking that the man has been run over, Ray goes to try help. He finds that the 'man' in the road is a simple mannequin dressed up in a slicker, and realises too late that it is a trick. He turns just it time to see Ben Willis shove his hook through Jay's mouth and drag him out of the car window. Jay most probably died from severe blood loss, or the fact that while extracting the hook, Ben probably ripped out his throat.

 Name: Derrick
Stance in movie: Derrick was a dock hand on Tower Bay Island, using his position to mainly chat up girls.
Memorable Quote: ""
What happened: It was the night of July 3rd, and Derrick was pulling all the boats in for the night. Hearing a noise, he turned to find Titus (another of the island staff). Titus wanted to take a boat and to get to a party on the mainland, but Derrick refused. Titus exits, and Derrick was flung into the ocean when a rope got tangled around his ankle. When he tried to pull himself back up onto the deck, he was confronted by a man with a big shiny hook. Derrick's body was later strung up in Julie James' closet by Ben, and then disappeared from the closet only to reappear later on in the film in the storm shelter.
VICTIM #3
 Name: Olga
Stance in movie: Olga was a cleaning lady at Tower Bay.
Memorable Quote: "House keeping..."
What happened: Olga was cleaning up the rooms after the departure of most of the island's guests, when she found blood on her hands. Upon further investigation, Olga discovered that the blood on her hands had come from a sheet that she just removed from one of the rooms (this blood probably belonged to Derrick who Ben had just transported into Julie's room). Behind her, one of the bedroom doors opened, and a shadow came out. Olga was hooked in the chest, and then dragged into the bedroom. Her body later reappeared in a washing machine by Karla, and then was found alongside Derrick's body in the storm shelter by Julie, Karla and Nancy.
VICTIM #4
 Name: Titus
Stance in movie: Titus was the "pool boy" at Tower Bay.
Memorable Quote: "Don't buy it until you try it."
What happened: After doing away with Olga, Titus was next on Ben Willis' hit list. In the pool room (or maybe his apartment, not entirely sure), Titus was checking on his home-grown Marajuana stock and getting read to dope himself up (do I hear morality coming in here?) when Ben came after him. After being hooked in the hand (his hand was pinned to the table), Titus had some large gardening sheers slammed into his chest. He, too, reappeared later in the storm shelter.
VICTIM #5
 Name: Mr. Brooks
Stance in movie: Brooks was the Tower Bay Hotel manager.
Memorable Quote: "I see four rich kids who wouldn't know a storm unless it blew up their ass."
What happened: Mr Brooks was discovered by all four friends in his office when they went looking for the radio to call for help with. He was sitting behind his desk, with a machette jammed into his head. There was blood everywhere, and in his blood the words "I STILL KNOW" had been scrawled across the wall. Beside him, the radio had been smased, cutting off the friends contact with the world. The fact that Mr Brooks dies "off-screen" leads me to believe that maybe it was 'Will Benson' who killed him.
VICTIM #6
 Name: Tyrell
Stance in movie: Tyrell was Karla's boyfriend and Julie's friend.
Memorable Quote: "I'm tired, and I'm hungry... I'm fucking horny... and I personally haven't seen one damn psycho killer..."
What happened: After discovering Nancy hiding in the hotel kitchen - when Tyrell was bashed in the head with a flashlight by Nancy, who was scared blind by the people dying around her - Tyrell was nursing a swollen head with some ice against a counter in the kitchen. Frustrated and scared - not to mention aching! - Tyrell expressed his feelings to the three girls, only to be hooked right through the throat by Ben Willis who was hiding above him. Tyrell was dragged upwards - as Julie, Karla and Nancy watched helplessly - and discarded across some cookers.
VICTIM #7
 Name: Estes
Stance in movie: He worked at Tower Bay Island Hotel.
Memorable Quote: "One day his wife went missing. Maid found blood all over the honeymoon suite -- Room 201."
What happened: Recognising Will from when he stayed on Tower Bay Island as a child with his father Ben Willis - and supposedly knowing about Ben's homocidal tendencies, and Will's involvement in the deaths on the island, perhaps through his practising voodoo - Estes confronted Will on the beach. Estes only managed to knock him (supposedly) unconscious, before returning to the hotel, perhaps hoping to save the remaining guests. Instead Estes was confronted by Ben, and had a pole pushed through his pack and out his chest. Stumbling over to Nancy for help, Estes' strength did not hold, and he fell onto Nancy, dying...
VICTIM #8
 Name: Nancy
Stance in movie: She was the barmaid at Tower Bay.
Memorable Quote: "I've never seen a dead body before..."
What happened: She came so close as well! After saving Julie and Karla numerous times, Nancy was just fated to die. After Will returned to the hotel, bloodied and bruised, Nancy and Karla went for the first aid kit. They were confronted by Ben and a dying Estes, who had a whole pushing through the front of his chest. His strength failing, Estes fell onto Nancy and pinned her to the ground. Ol' Ben stepped up and pushed the pole already in Estes right through Nancy and into the floor below... killing her.
VICTIM #9
 Name: 'Will Benson'
Stance in movie: Was Julie's supposed best friend, but is revealed as Ben's son.
Memorable Quote: "Hi Dad."
What happened: After revealing his true identity and involvement in Julie's life to a shocked Ms. James, Will goes on to try to help his father slaughter Julie once and for all. Unfortunately for them, Ray showed up, averting their attention to him. Will beat Ray to the ground, and continued to pound him until his father ordered, "Stand him up!" Holding Ray up, Ben charged towards him, hook raised. At the last minute, Ray hit Will in the face and dropped to the ground quickly. Unable to stop himself, Ben slammed his hook right into his own son's chest. After a brief moment between father and son, Will died in his father's arms.
