The 'Homosexuality Debate' Resources Page

In many ways I regret having to have this page at all.  Nevertheless, the 'running' in this debate is not being made by conservative Evangelicals, who obviously would happily stick to the status quo on this issue which prevailed amongst Christians until fairly recently.  My intention is that the material here, whilst Evangelical, should be sympathetic to the fact that 'all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God' and that, whilst we are all responsible for what we do with them, no one picks the temptations to which they are vulnerable.

Having said all that, people who are in favour of the 'new line' on homosexuality in the Church cannot complain if other Christians disagree and express that disagreement, provided it is done in a godly manner.  So here is a page which upholds traditional Christian teaching, that homosexual activity is wrong, but which aims to engage with the issues and respond where possible to the new line being put forward.
