Lesson 1 dealt with 'BATTLEFIELD ARCHAEOLOGY' - what you can find on the present battlefields in Northern France and what the artifacts tell us about life at the front
A section of battlefield was created in the room with original finds
These objects were discovered on previous school visits
After recording and discussing this material the class watched an extract from the
Commonwealth War graves Commission video 'A Debt of Honour'
