BOYD - In loving memory of Corporal Alexander Kerr Boyd, 2nd Royal Scots, beloved son of Mr and Mrs Robert Boyd, who died at 2nd London General Hospital, on January 14th, 1916, aged 26 years.

Deeply regretted

We sadly miss his kindly voice,
His gentle manly way,
Each loving deed he made his cjoice,
To bring that brighter day.

And yet we feel his presence still
To cheer us on life's road,
That we may here our task fulfil,
To gain that bright abode.
