Trench Update

Friday, September 6th

• a permanent fence has now been put up round the trench
• a management group of pupils will be set up to look after and improve the site
• a Great War interest group fopr parents and pupils is being set up in the Autumn term
• plans are underway for the annual Tideway visit to the battlefields
• during Remembrance week in November assemblies will be held outdoors next to the trench

Wednesday, September 18th

The trench party meets to begin a new seasons dig.
