For home treatment shower first using the scrub and dry thoroughly. Apply a tiny amount of moisturiser if necessary to any dry patches on the knees, elbows or heels. Use a small sponge to blend Xen-Tan into the hands & feet for smoother coverage. Wait for 15 minutes before dressing allowing 3-4 hours for tanning to develop fully

The rich coconut & walnut oils moisturise whilst giving rich lasting tan for up to10 days. Apply a thin coat for a lighter tan, or 1 or 2 thicker coats for a really dark olive tan.
