Holiday Booking Conditions & Tariff 2004.
The main condition of acceptance of any booking is that good care is taken of the property and its contents. It must also be left truly clean and tidy.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The balance of the rent must be paid in full 2 weeks before your holiday commences. If the client cancels the booking, rent will only be refunded if the property is re-let.
The number of person occupying Cardinal Cottage must not exceed 5 unless consent is obtained beforehand.
The client agrees that the booking is for short-term holiday rental only. The property must be vacated by the agreed departure time.
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused, to the Tenant, any member of the party, or any of their possessions.
NO SMOKING.
PETS (well behaved) are welcome by arrangement.
On arrival for your holiday, please collect the key as arranged through Mrs Belton.
TARIFF 2004
January - May £340 pw.
June - August £390 pw.
Sep - Dec £340 pw.
Sep - May 3 night breaks - £170.
Price includes light, heat and all linen provided.
