Gayton United Football Club held their annual presentation on Friday the 25th of May at Leziate Sailing Club near King's Lynn. All of the Gayton Teams were present from the Under 14's the Under 17's the Reserves and the First Team.

First it was the turn of the Under 14's. The Under 14's have had a mixed season results wise but they have been improving all the time. They eventually finished 5th. There awards were won by:-

Player of the Year:- Daniel Uttin. Player of the Year Runner Up:- Tony Thaxton.

Player's Player of the Year:- Taj Anota. Player's Player of the Year Runner Up:- Daniel Uttin.

Most Improved Player:- Matthew Tansley.

Next was the Under 17's. The Under 17's have been going since Under 11's now and this season they again won the league and the cup for the third season in a row. The cup final saw them beat Forest Rovers 9-2. If you wish to see a match report from this game click here! There were a few awards for the Under 17's to win and they were won by:-

Player of the Year:- Craig Courtman. Player of the Year Runner Up:- Tim Kavanagh and Robin Turner.

Player's Player of the Year:- Tim Kavanagh. Player's Player of the Year Runner Up:- Craig Courtman.

Most Improved Player:- Ashley Swift.

Loyalty Awards:- Peter Roberts, Mathew Smalley, Robin Turner, Tim Kavanagh and Dale Thorne.

The Reserves. The reserve's finished third in division two of the North West Norfolk League this season. They also reached the Division Two Knockout Cup Final were they lost 1-0 in a very tight game. The awards for the reserves went to:-

Player of the Year:- Dale Thorne.

Player's Player of the Year:- Kevin Page.

Most Improved Player:- Craig Chadderton.

First Team. This season was a very successful season for Gayton United Football Club because as well as strong performances from the rest of the teams Gayton United won Division 4 of the Anglian Combination and got promoted in there first season in the league. This means that they will play Division Three football next season. The awards for the First Team went to:-

Player of the Year:- David Howlett.

Player's Player of the Year:- Johnny Bunting.

Most Improved Player:- Bob Belcher.

Everyone at the club is now looking forward to next season!!!!!!!
