Feedback on Operating Systems

Dear Lottery Users,

I've been running Windows XP for just over five years now and upgraded my Visual Studio Tools to the latest release.

Visual Studio.NET means that I will be developing under a WindowsXP/2000 Platform.  And to clear some hard drive space, I really want to get rid of my old development stuff, are there real people still using Windows 9x/Me?
