My second holiday outside the UK, in Corralejo Fuerte Ventura 2001 we flew to a beautiful resort, with the beach only a 30 second stroll from our apartment, white sands and in the mornings you can see the a yellow streak in the sky as the trade winds bring in sand from the coasts of Africa. We did a bit of island hopping at the time, spent a day in Lanzarote, and a day on the Isle of Los Lobos.
