Some pictures of the wonderful hotel perched near the vertical cliffs, and within 2 minutes walk of the town centre was a superb location to base the holiday. Thanks must go the Jackie and Martin for giving us the opportunity to visit a historic area of Italy.

Vesuvius dominates the landscape throughout the bay of Naples and is easily accessible with a little effort providing great views of both the volcanic crater and the surrounding area. This is still an active volcano that could bury Naples as it did Pompeii 2000 years earlier.

The Island of Capri
We all went to the Island of Capri on a fine sunny day, in order to remove are selves from the crowds we lost are potential guide and explored the Island by our selves. |

Pozitano
An interesting drive led to Pozitano a small but busy village perched on the coastal hill side. |

|
Pompeii
A trip to this historic World Heritage site is a must for any one visiting the area. Easily accessible by Train the reps will tell you its a half day visit, we were there all day and still had things we wanted to see. |
