Internet Relay Chat is full of a lot of rubbish channels with people saying not a lot. But if you are lucky you may find me as "emylou". It is a great way to make friends with people all around the world.
My favourite channels are #Decent_Talk and #Friendly Chat. They are friendliest ones I have found. Try them out sometime. You will also find in Decent_Talk Sonny_uk, ^Pat^, Pam and Lonewolf there. They are all very friendly and will help you out on anything.
I have found that Skypoint on DALnet seems to be the best IRC server.
