28/10/10 - I was sorry to get this news from Unwin Nunns - "Hi Fred, The Lakes Jazzmen will finish with immediate effect. This is nothing to do with the recession , I am 80 and have decided that I want to do other things. I would like it to go on record that you have been a very kind and helpful friend also to thank all who have been aquainted with me and I will miss the scene very much".
16/03/11 - Hello Fred, Yes I am back with the Lakes Jazzmen and we start with a charity concert at "The Marchesi Centre", Windermere on Friday 25th March 2011. 12.30-2.30. - Thank you, Unwin
