I Susannah Ambler of Halton in the parish of Whitkirk in the County of York Widow do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament as follows.
First I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be fully paid.
And I give and bequeath ll my money surities for money real and personal estates and whatsoever and whresoever ond of what nature or kind soever the same may be unto my Sons and Daughters Isaac Ambler William Ambler Eli Ambler Christiana Ambler and Ann Farnell the wife of Joseph Farnell their respective executors administrators and assigns for their his or her own sole and absolutely for as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants subject nevertheless to and I do hereby charge the same with the payment of the sum of eight pounds apiece to each and every of my Grand children the Sons and Daughters of my late Daughter Mary King deceased namely Sarah Ann Ellen Joseph and Eli King.
And I hereby nominate and appoint my friends Peter Mark William Swift and Thomas Walker all of Halton aforesaid farmers joint Executors of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me heretofor made.
In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my hand and seal this eleventh day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three
