Wibsey North

This first map of Wibsey North, is a copy of part of an O.S. map dating back to 1852, hence the poor quality. You can, however, see Collier Row, which was where Jeff's ancestors James and Mary Sutcliffe lived between 1800 and 1850.

This row of houses no longer exists, today.

James was a blacksmith.

I will publish more maps when I can get round to it.

This is a map showing Holy Trinity Church (Wibsey Chapel) extending North to Odsal Top. This is of Wibsey West.

The Wibsey area is about 5 km wide from Shelf at its Western extremity to Oakenshaw at its Eastern; and about 5 km long from Great Horton at its Northern extremity to Wyke at its Southern. I am intending to publish a complete set for this area, probably on about six pages, :-), but don't hold your breath.
