  Will of James Wilson made 1806 Proved in York December 1811 Volume 155 Folio 694:  
 

In the Name of God Amen. I James Wilson of Morley, in the parrish of Batley in the County of York, being in sound and perfect memory, do Make & do Ordain, this my last Will & Testemoney in maner and form following, that his to say,
First, after all my just debts and Funeral Expenses are Discharged, I give & Bequith to my two sons Joseph and William Wilson's, of Morley aforesaid, all my Real & Personal Estate, that his to say, after my Decease, the said Joseph & William Wilson aforesaid is to mentain or provide for my Wife Nancy Wilson as long as she lives if agreable to them, if not, if my Wife the said Nancy Wilson, think it most proper or convenient to provide or mentain for her self, for my two sons Joseph & William Wilson, aforesaid to pay her ought of my Real & personal Estates, Three Shilling per week, during her Natural Life.
I give and bequeath to my son John Wilson, of Unslit in the parrish of Leeds, in the County of York, aforesaid, Two pounds Two shilling In lawful Money of Great Brittan, to be paid ought of my real & parsonal Estate.
I do hereby constitute & Appoint John Wilson of Birkenshaw? In the parrish of Birstal, in the County of York, aforesaid, to be the Onleytrue and Lawful Trustee & Executor of this my last Will & testement, giving & hereby Granting to my said Executor ful power of Dividing my real & personal Estates, betwixt my two sons, Joseph & William, aforesaid as I my self might or could do were I personally, & I do hereby ratify, allow & confirm all & whatever my said Executor shall Lawfully do, or caws to be done or by whome he shall appoint to divide my Effects,
By virtue of these presents, In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand & seal,this 11th day of June One Thousand eight hundred and six.
