Cromford stands on the A6 17 miles north of Derby. It is within easy reach of the M1 - about 20 minutes - and on a fast route to Buxton and so to the M6 and to Stockport and Manchester. Detailed travelling instructions will be supplied to party leaders when bookings are made. By train: there is a regular service from Derby. Cromford is on the Matlock line.
