William CADE, the son of Francis and Elizabeth CADE was baptised on 2 October 1737 at Mumby, LIN and married Jane COUPLAND at Farlesthorpe, LIN on 5 May 1765.
Children: (All baptised in Farlesthorpe St Andrews)
1. Francis Ele CADE (1762-1834) married Elizabeth/Mary DAWSON in 1793. My direct line.
2. Eunice CADE (1769-1845), in 1794 married George FAWCITT, a churchwarden, and they had seven known offspring.
3. Elizabeth CADE (1770-).
4. Rebecca CADE (1773-1812). Her first child Elizabeth Dales CADE was baptised on 21 February 1796 at Farlesthorpe, the father was Samuel DALES, a pauper. In 1798 at Alford, LIN, Rebecca married Richard SMITH, widower and bore him two children before he died in 1802. Rebecca then married Thomas GRANGER, a labourer, at Alford in 1805 and had two more children. Rebecca was buried in Alford graveyard.
