An abstraction of ‘the Piper’ indicates the structure of the platform, conveying the silent aftermath of the disaster. By contrast, the reflections in the sea represent the time when the working platform would have cast its lights on the water. 167 lenses represent the souls of those lost in the disaster. They leave the platform a dark amber colour, representing the fire and smoke, progressing to light amber and then clear. As they ascend to heaven, they become lighter in colour, signifying purification.

The theme of Adam and Eve was chosen to commemorate the lives of Archie and Joan Steele, elders of the church. They were both marriage guidance counsellors, hence the depiction of Adam and Eve as a loving couple. The figures themselves reflect the close relationship that was Archie and Joan's life together (‘The two shall become one flesh’) and of how they were always thought of by others as a close partnership, unable to think of one without the other.

Ferryhill Parish comprised a North and a South Church. In 1990, the decision was taken to amalgamate the two congregations at the South Church. The brief was to provide a window to welcome the new members from the North and unite them with the South’s incumbents.

The baby represented in the centre is Jane's grandson, the hands being modelled on those of one of the Hospital Chaplains. The brief was that the window was to be non-denominational and could represent the gift of life but could also serve as thanksgiving for a life lost.

This window was commissioned for the company's new office building. It commemorates the British invention of the first programmable computer in 1943 used for breaking the Enigma Code at Bletchley Park in WWII

Designed with artist Peter Goodfellow as part of complete Chapel decorative scheme, these three windows were chosen, together with other artists’ works at Migvie, for the top prestigious Aberdeenshire Council Design Award for Craftsmanship in 2002.

This project for a private property in Aberdeenshire was designed using the Tiffany copper foil technique and fine opal glasses, many handmade. It incorporates painted and fused work to achieve special effects and was mounted in a hinging wooden frame.

A complete plain glazing scheme was installed in this historic Spa village visitor attraction. Jennifer~Jane made glass to recreate the character of the original lost through vandalism and dereliction. The building was extensively restored to its Victorian splendour under the auspices of the Highland Buildings Preservation Trust. Architects: Law & Dunbar-Nasmith.

The subject of this window is the 'Fishers of Men'. It depicts Christ calling his disciples to follow him - with Andrew and Peter at their nets. The catch is a typical North-east Scottish selection.

This window was completed in time for the opening of the long awaited replacement for the City's old 'Sick Kids' building. The brief was to avoid curves in the design which was to be suitable for a multi-faith chapel. The subject is The Creation, a theme encompassing all faiths.
