The practice has been involved in a range of successful commissions in both the refurbishment and new build markets in private and public sectors. Workload ranges from structural surveys to design and contract management of building works for a wide range of property types. This includes minor extensions to domestic houses to refurbishment/new build industrial and office units. We are committed to good design and ensuring Clients' requirements are fulfilled. We adopt a no-nonsense approach being mindful as to Clients' budgets and strive to maximise architectural excellence, building functionality and durability. We act as Consultants to Hickson Associates, Chartered Loss Adjusters and Assessors, in matters relating to Building Insurance claims; fire, subsidence, flood, impact and storm. The Practice has offices in Bournemouth and Southampton with building surveys and projects undertaken throughout the South.
