Britain suffers from three main curses. 1: Lying politicians under the thumb of the USA. 2: Freemasons, (or the police and Judiciary as they are more commonly known) and 3: Brain Rot, (TV- football, soaps etc.) While these three remain, Britain is slowly becoming a police state for the corporate rich. We already suffer an ever widening gap between rich and poor and more police crap is yet to come, or -
'Dumb down the monkeys with rubbish crap education and more TV, cream off the taxes with yet more lies, then apply ID cards to control the monkeys before they realise the're f**ked.'

This website is here because Britain's skills are at an all time low. All MP's work to constrain The People. Not just our freedoms, but everwhere. Government paperwork now actually prevents craftmanship. More often we can make a better Britain by ignoring the many stupid government constraints and do so much better ourselves.

The following is a rather wide spread of low cost skills that most Brits can manage.
From making your own spectacles to plumbing a house, you can save money and also save time for better things, while developing a truly worthwhile sense of pride in your abilities.
Britain simply does not have the skills to offer because the best brains have are not wanted by recruitment 'HR' managers, or had to leave these shores to get a decent job.
In Italy an engineer is highly respected. In Japan, an artist is often called Master.

This is modern Britain. Apart from the creeping Police state, we all know Britain is awash with institutionally incompetent workers, (often freemasons or thier wives), while real skills are being lost and education a sick joke.
Despite this creeping crap, we must all say NO to bad workmanship.
Don't get ripped-off any more :
Enjoy life and help others to create a better world.

Vote for decent MP's - If totaly usless, the spoil your vote. No MP is worth the obscene 100,000 +++ they now get, plus dodgy perks for thier toadies. Every politician must do a full week of social, hospital or police work each year to face reality. Only if there is good return for our taxes, social harmony, decent housing, dental and hospitals, no war and no crime in thier area should polticians get any reasonable pay.

It gets worse: In Britain, only the corrupt: The immoral developers, accountants, politicians and their lawyers get (grab) decent pay. (Sucked out of taxpayers.) Labour intends to fob the NHS to private (mostly dodgy USA) corporations to manage. So the present NHS management costing 6% will soon rocket to well over 30%, with a lot of fat cats, but far less health for OUR taxes.

Under New Labour, even our once trusted police have changed from protecting to oppressing the public. Who is the real criminal - the person dropping a piece of litter, or the Facist style policeman prersecuting them.

Britain truly sucks, but that is not to say the British are all bad. -
There remains a residual population who are poor but have skills, so hunt us and use us. We are usually unemployed. (When I mentioned dificlty finding work, I was decretely offere Freemsion menbership, but I prefer to be honest, even if unemployed.) I'm just one of tens of thousands unemployed honest craftsmen and consider it my duty to my fellow poor Brits to help then to help themselves in an honourable way.

And so, after getting pissed off with slimy, lying politicians, freemasons (judges and police) and thier ID card state, it's time to make your own little bit of the world better.

Britain is now so bad, I regularly and freely repair the work of 'certified' plumbers, roofers, computer experts, vehicle mechanics, gas fitters and electricians. A house down our street blew up completely because of a certified gas fitter. Most of Britain now a 'rip off'.
Spectacles are a massive rip off - this website can show you how to make your own glasses. And what's more, to make them far better than commercial designs, made to measure and for under one pound.

Cowboys rule: British Gas said our back boiler was no longer repairable but they could fit a new system for a thousand pounds. I found the commonly available part in my town for under a fiver, fitted it within an hour and was then passed by a highly recommended independent gas expert. See home DIY - gas.
I also repair electronics, computers, bikes, cars etc. With government approved modern monkeys like these, you too should consider looking again at doing your own repairs.

Of course ordinary Brits can do better:
It's only government bullshit that keeps modern standards at an all time low:
Britain can no longer build our own trains. The French build the Royal Navy's aircraft carriers. Education a shambles. The NHS needs prune juice for a chronic paper blockage. British stress, over use of antidepressants, under-age parents and violence are the worst in Europe.
British A levels and Blairs 'Degrees for all' are a standing joke. My B.Sc. from a top-ten university is worthless. I've a B.Ed, so cannot help but see the mess. - Everywhere you look, educational standards plummet to manipulate government statistics. (Spin and bullshit) I was awarded a GNVQ 5 in business management, but thought it was a couple of free advisory sessions ! Yes Britain really is that bad.
If a hairdresser got his pet cat and rabbit awarded GNVQ's in hairdressing, then who is 'fixing' your cars' brakes.

Increasing numbers of British engineers and teachers emigrate. Who can blame them ? With Blair's 'degrees for all', nobody takes education seriously. 'A' levels are a joke. (Don't blame the kids, they know no better and the few remaining good teachers that are left are hamstrung.)
Many undergraduates now resort to prostitution and many top graduates openly intend to commit 'white collar' crime upon graduation. I know many who have already fallen down this terrible route, some through Jobcentre pressure.

Of course Britain can do better: As standards fall, some of the most popular evening classes are DIY plumbing for women. Everyone can see the real situation: Self reliance makes for a better Britain. This website offers basic plumbing skills.

Criminals will relish I.D. cards.
With over 60,000 examples of brief cases and laptops with official senitive data going amis in 2007, we should all be terrified. Being able to get full data on us all, 'they' (gov't and criminals) can target each and every individual by income, bank data and medical history for anything from spam, through robbery to kidnapping. The government has already started loosing millions of Brits data. Criminals have no need to steal, just be watchful for civil servants leaving laptops in the back of taxis.
This is just the start.
It will soon be worth any police or software engineer to pocket a few millions to 'loose' data. If all software firms already need to update software every day against increasingly clever criminals, then only a complete fool would trust a British government computer system. We have already wasted billions of our taxes on some truly appalling, simple govenment computer systems. ID card systems are far harder and nigh on impossible to do, let alone ensure any security. When your ID card is needed for purchases, then rogue software and swipe card readers will soon know all about you, me, us all. We are doomed to government incompetence and criminals (and government toadies) knowing literally everything about us.
Criminals will only need to swipe your ID card, the rest is child's play.
The only hope is that, as the police data base already has over 80 percent inaccurate data, then similar government incompetence may be the only defence against cyber criminals.

DNA, ID cards and government thugs.
In a country where standards are falling, the police are just as bad and have fantasies of everyone as criminals, effectively raping us for our DNA for the ID card database. Police are now Data rapists.
We don't see the politicians or police or judges being forced or even offering their DNA for the police state database. If DNA is taken against the will of the People, then so too should Freemason allegiances be checked, so they too can be cross checked to see who gets light sentencing from dodgy judges and police, or who is overlooked for prison. Britain stinks of corrupt politicians, judges and their police thugs. If all police, politicians and judges were forced to give their DNA first and Freemason allegiances first, then perhaps they may too, may start thinking about Britain's creeping police state.
Perhaps they too may prefer the true, data free freedom of the individual.

Dream on Britain - where politicians openly lie and send the finest soldiers to die in an illegal war.
Dream on into a police state, where police can kill, then get tried whitewashed under 'health and safety'. No police were even 'reprimanded' for putting seven bullets in an innocent Brazilain's head while on a London undergound train. Our police are patently above the law. They now openly oppress the citizen rather than protect us.
A thug is a thug by any name, - be they a mugger or policeman.

If the law does not respect the people, then the people cannot respect the law.
Since Magna Carta, Britain has had some of the best laws.
No one respects any of Blairs terrible laws. They are all crap, or worse, - dangerous. The world has yet to see Blairs document stating that war on Iraq is legal. Our soldiers are lions led by slime.
Britain deserves far better than the likes of Blair or Brown.

Blairs laws may turn everyone into a criminal.

The abomination called 'New Labour' has now passed laws to prevent home owners from doing their own work. Many peopel now say "Sod useless gov't crap laws and training schemes. Do it yourself." Whatever happens, New Stalinism Labour wants us ALL to be taxed to death, become criminals and that dreaded ID card will haunt us all. - Atrue police state in the Stalinist tradition.

Meanwhile, hundreds of MP's with fat pensions have yet more subsidised drinking bars installed in Parliament, plus endless expensive meals in Strasburg. It is OUR taxes thay pay for their excesses.
It will get worse: Soon our organs will be harvested.

True Brits are becoming nothing more than tax cows.
To be herded and bled dry by MP's.

If you're a British kid hanging around streets with nothing to do, schools telling you all is well as we fall further down the world education list. No real job, yet another crap training scheme, no youth club, (were they all run by paedofiles? Of course not.) No hope ? then welcome to modern Britain. Adults feel just the same. Don't expect politicians or 'social services' to help.
You must make your own life better.
Look for a friends garage or back yard and ask around politely for an unwanted car or motorcycle engine or a whole bike or car. (Or build a boat - see my boats page). Never steal, or you will soon become a crap person. Hang around a scrap yard or offer to help in garages on Saturdays, wear decent boots and offer to help for some bits.
Always steer clear of modern police who consider the poor are all criminals (and only want our DNA on their database), rather than to help the ordainary citizens who must pay their exorbitant wages and even fatter police pensions.
Just a tarpaulin or groundsheet in a back garden is enough to build a custom machine. Ask around for an old welder and build up a small set of tools. It costs a lot less than a packet of cigarettes or a few cans of brew. See my motorcycle mechanics monograph to start. Most kids stick pictures of bikes on their bedroom walls. By the time you are ready to take your motorcycle test, you and your friends may have built a few custom motorcycles and all for mere pennies.
From the time you are alienated from school at 14, to becoming a man at 18, you will probably be ten times more employable than anyone who has 'paperwork'. Few employers respect modern paperwork anyway, and prefer proof of some real ability every time.

I don't profess to know all the answers, but unlike my jobcentre 'advisors', I believe we Brits could one day again be the worlds best DIY'ers, craftsmen, teachers, engineers, nurses and doctors. (Although our scientists have sold out to big corporations, eg, GM crops etc.)
But as a B.Ed, and B.Sc, I'm just one of the tens of thousands who politicians encourage towards crime.
Don't follow New Labours' path: I'd prefer to repair your house than be pushed to steal from it !

The bike projects:
'A Builders Guide' Series is based on my research notes between 1990 and 2000 while building the JP1 to JP7 and Longbow. Twelve machines were built, four being road legal. Information gleaned from research and decades of building award wining custom and radical machines is condensed into these guides. All start from basics, through design and engineering hurdles to build and test functional machines.
The JP3 is still my favourite and far nicer to ride than my Ducati. The JP4 handles even better, with a low drag factor and a power to weight ratio better than a motocrosser, a rim disk to stop an elephant, but was just too powerful for the tyres. Since 2002, I've been developing well beyond the JP7. The radical JP8b design is close to first test run, but I need to take out at least five patents, but I'm on the dole.

This website started as a description of the JP7 and Longbow, to show some of the ways I had developed two wheel design and to gain feedback. By 1993, the fundamentals for both the Longbow and JP series were well proven with many fully working chassis designs far beyond my expectations. Many were road legal and ridden in various countries.
The pedal cycle programme ended with the Longbow recumbent cycle design. The Longbow cycle and JP7 were both fun to ride and help develop the chassis geometry now in the JP8b.

I like riding in real comfort, not a flag in the wind or rain. These designs have the comfort and crash safety of feet first, the suspension advantages of single sided front and rear suspension, antidive hub centre steering, and of course, all are developed to have hands-off stability even at walking pace. All are superb to ride. From the outset they are designed to be truly ergonomic forms, genuinely relaxing for all riders, ultra compact, very light with low centres of gravity, which in turn offers very fine handling and superb slaloming capability.

The JP7 was originally designed as a long distance tourer. With superb stability and agility, the machines showed even greater promise as an inner city taxi bike. All the development machines were fun to ride using a wide range of testers, including ladies, children and the disabled. The JP7c series was re-developed for batches of twenty, for Trident, 996, R1 and VFR engines for 15,000 pounds each. Project is shelved.
The JP8b/c is different again, to test my advanced work, partially proven with the JP5c/d sub-series and achieving many world firsts. This is patent country and all other forms of motorcycle are now dated. Presently undergoing non destructive testing to maximum loads, tortional stiffness and structural feedback testing and primary refinements. From the graphs, the JP8b is theoretically far better and the design more advanced than any F1 technology. The engineering problems have all been resolved and being perfected. This is penultimate stage to the final solo JP9 racer and the dual enclosed JP10 which should be due around 2015/20.

Although these are called guides, the author advises the reader not to act upon this information because the dogs of law lie around every corner. (Increasing numbers of excellent and useful websites are being shut down through greedy lawyers. As lawyers get richer, society gets poorer.)
