Well, I found this music pretty exciting. There's great washes of melody smothering the music, barely allowing any time for monotony, and Midasuno punch out their tunes with positive, relentless power. The vocals are so strong here - every note is a direct shot through the heart, and every audible intake of breath helps the music retain its depth.

There's enough innovation within this album to give the longevity for some through listens, although it doesn't quite have the "rewind factor", meaning once it's finished I'd probably switch on another CD rather than play this again. Maybe they're trying to cram too many tunes onto their album and a something a little darker or more screamy could break it up and let your brain absorb the musical hooks a little better. Either way, this is a nice album with some cracking tunes on.
