Garth Brooks	W S Gilbert	A Sullivan	W A Mozart

Most people like to say that their taste in music is catholic: I can't do that because there is more music that I dislike than like. My tastes fall into two main categories: classical, where Mozart is my favourite composer; and - to the great amusement of all but three of my family and friends - country music. Here I tend to like the old style artistes (Boxcar Willie, Jeannie C Riley, George Jones - even Tammy Wynette), but of the present generation I think Garth Brooks is a great entertainer.

My years at Grammar school introduced me to the work of Gilbert and Sullivan which I continue to enjoy.
