I have cooked for all walks of life and every occasion, having been Chef Proprietor of my own well established seafood restaurant on the North Yorkshire Coast for over 12 years - "The Endeavour". During this time I'm pleased to say the restaurant thrived and recieved many awards. My restaurant maintained an entry in "The Good Food Guide" for 11 years, an entry in Michelin Guide to Hotels & Restaurants in Great Britain and Ireland and was mentioned in Rick Stein's Seafood Lovers' Guide book published by BBC books in 2000. Before this I was general manager of a 20 bedroom, 4 star country house hotel in the same area, and prior to that held a number of other hotel posts where I learned my trade after leaving catering college in Glasgow. I am passionate about food and committed to giving all my clients a meal that is long remembered as fine cuisine, cooked to perfection with quality ingredients, that tastes fantastic.
