The bus has been to various places since being brought into preservation, mainly around Lancashire and Yorkshire. Here is the current list of places and events that we have been to:

September 2010

5^th. The bus attended the `Trans-Lancs` event at Heaton Park, and attended the start of the rally at The Musuem of Transport.

August 2010

30^th, We travelled to, and operated for the Elsecar Railway, in connection with their diesel event. We operated to from the event via A628, Dunford, Penistone & Hoyland

July 2010

25^th. We visited Leyland for the `Bus & Coach` event, returning via the A49, Wigan, A580, Reddish, Stockport & Woodley

June 2010

1^st. Returned over the route done on the 30^th after the railtour.

13^th. The bus travelled to Oxenhope with a private party in connection with the KWVR diesel event via the normal route used every year

27^th. Went on a new outing for us, to the `Totally Transport` event at Blackpool

May 2010

1^st. The bus visited the `May Day Steam` event at Chassen Rd, travelling via the M60 and returning via Sale, Manchester & Reddish.

2^nd.The 2^nd visit to the May Day Steam event, travelling out via the M60 and returning via the 23a route via Stretford & Didsburty

30^th . Travelled between Chadkirk, Bolton & Barrow Hill for a railtour party

April 2010

19^th.The bus was collected from the Central Bus works, and returned via Newcastle, Congleton and Macclesfield

March 2010

4^th.The bus was taken to the `Central Bus Works` near Stone for various works and repainting to be carried out

October 2009

12th. The bus returned from repairs & MOT at Phoenix Motors in Ince, via the A580, Manchester and A57

17^th. The bus did its` now annual trip to Blackpool, running from Bolton to Fleetwood, then via the lights & South shore to Preston and Bolton

September 2009

4^th, The bus travelled to Steamtown Carnforth as a stores & crew vehicle for the `Joint – line` railtour between Worksop & London

6^th. The bus returned to Manchester from Carnforth via the A6

14^th. The bus was taken to Phoenix Motors in Ince for repairs & MOT

August 2009

28^th. OJD covered some far reaching & slow mileage, firstly running between Chadkirk & Bolton, Then from there via the A6 to Chapel-en-le-Frith, before following the A623 to Chesterfield. From there it was to Barrow Hill with stores & crew for the Retro Railtour to Carlisle. The bus was also used on a chip shop run between Barrow Hill & Whittington.

30^th. OJD moved (slowly) from Barrow Hill to Elsecar via Sheffield

31^st. More uncharted waters for OJD as she visited Elsecar, Hoyland, Wombwell and Cortonwood - in connection with the EHR diesel event. Later that day she returned via Penistone & the A628 back to base.

July 2009

19^th. OJD travelled into Lancashire again to partake in her second visit to `Tram Sunday` in Fleetwood. The outward journey was via the motorways, with the return via the local roads via Preston, Bolton & Manchester. Event pictures can be found at the same site

12^th. Today saw the bus travel to Leyland, for the Leyland Vehicles rally that was based on the old Leyland works site, travelling via the M60 & M61. Pictures of most vehicles can be found at http://john4706.fotopic.net

June 2009

7^th. This saw the annual outing to the Worth Valley railway, travelling via the same routes as last year. Whilst at the railway however, extra feeder services were provided which saw the bus operate to Oxenhope, Also included in this years` package was the operation of another bus, BYW432X from KBMT. I must also take the opportunity to apologise for poor service on the day – this was due to a lack of drivers.

14^th. OJD made her way down to Chasewater for their now annual bus rally, travelling via Cheshire & Stoke on Friday 12^th and returning on Monday 15^th. The bus was also used at the event for journeys to Hednesford, Walsall and Lichfield.

May 2009

2^nd. The bus attended the Chassen Rd `May Day steam` fair

10^th. The bus was taken to Blackpool via Lancashires` A roads for a family & friends day trip

April 2009

28^th. The bus travelled to Wigan for repairs to the oil leak, along with other repairs

30^th the bus returned to Chadkirk after repairs were completed

March 2009

16^th. The bus did a test run between Marple and Hayfield after winter storage. There is an oil leak but otherwise the vehicle is in good order for its` outings this year.

October 2008

3^rd. The bus travelled to Middlewich for its` annual MOT test. Travelling via A523, A537 & A535

July 2008

19^th. He bus travelled from Ince to Bolton after repairs.

20^th. The bus attended the `Tram Sunday` event at Fleetwood, travelling outward directly via the M61,M6 & M55, and returning via Lytham, Chorley and the A6 to Chadkirk.

June 2008

23^rd. The bus travelled to Ince via the A6 and Euxton for essential repairs to be carried out.

7^th. The bus was taken to Bolton in readiness for the KWVR outing.

8^th. The bus worked at the KWVR to the same timetable as last year, starting & finishing in Bolton. At the end of the day, the bus returned empty to the depot.

13^th. The bus was taken to Brownhills in readiness for the Chasewater Bus rally. The route was via Buxton and the A515.

15^th. The bus worked various services through the day from Chasewater Heaths to Hednesford, Lichfield & Walsall.

16^th. The bus returned to Chadkirk via the outward route.

May 2008

2^nd. The bus travelled between Chadkirk and Blackpool via Bolton and A6 / A585

25^th. Repeat trip to Blackpool as above

April 2008

21^st. Test run between Chadkirk and Chorley – and return

March 2008

8^th. OJD took part in the `13234` running day on various routes around Stockport, mainly the 192, 203, 358, 383 & 384. The day was deemed an operational success apart from power output problems with OJD that are currently under investigation.

February 2008

6^th. Evening run on service 384 (Stockport – Marple circular)

14^th. The bus has been tripped to Wigan for various faults to be rectified. The route was via Manchester, A580 and Golborne.

26^th. The bus returned from maintenance to Chadkirk after travelling via Bolton to Southport on a private charter.

January 2008

19^th. Test and fuel run. 358 Stockport to Hayfield, then 330 Stockport to Woodley via fuel.

23^rd. Bredbury to Ashton and return

26^th. Mini tour consisting of 330 between Stockport and Ashton and a circular trip to Mossley via the PMT 35 route, before returning to Stockport via the 330 route.

December 2007

2^nd. In passenger service between Marple, Hazel Grove, Manchester City Centre and the Manchester Transport museum with one trip in each direction.

9^th. Test run to Bolton and return via M60.

15^th. Private party from Hindley to Chester Zoo and return - with associated dead mileage, then a private party from Bolton to Ashton under Lyne, returning dead to depot.

26^th. Workers transport service between Hattersley, Denton and Stockport.

November 2007

18^th. Local test run from the garage to Mossley and return.

29^th. Local test run from the garage to Ashton and return.

30^th. Afternoon run to the Welford Rd stadium in Leicester taking supporters of the Sale sharks rugby club to their away fixture.

October 2007

26^th. Blackpool and illuminations. The bus ran in passenger service to & from Stockport for this evening run through the lights.

September 2007

2^nd. Heaton Park `Trans Lancs` rally. Also included in this was the morning road run from the Manchester museum of Transport to Heaton Park via Middleton & Heywood, with a return to Stockport in passenger service.

July 2007

1^st. Stretford to Manchester Cathedral. The bus was used to convey various church-goers and local priests in connection with the ordination of a female Vicar at Manchester cathedral.

14^th. The bus travelled again to Stretford to take part in the All Saints Church `family fun day`. 3 round trips of Stretford were also run for interested visitors.

June 2007

17^th. Keighley & Worth Valley diesel event. The day involved being the bus for the `road services` part of the timetable and included running in passenger service to & from Bolton.
