11: Amnesty (part 2)

The jail has become full once more and our jailer, being so pleased with his last amnesty, decides to hold another. "I will set free all those prisoners whose cell number can't be given as the sum of two or more consecutive cell numbers" he pronounced. Given that the cells are numbered in the usual fashion, 1, 2, 3, 4, ... consecutively, what were the numbers on the cells of the released prisoners?
