Re-joined Diss in September 2009. 

Aged 32, utility player – in the third season of his second spell at Diss, having returned to the club last season. Has also played at Great Yarmouth and Fakenham. ‘Jenko’ works tirelessly at either full back or in a wide midfield role. Quick, versatile player.

Aged 23, striker – uses his height and strength to good effect. Moved to Diss from Norwich United at the end of October 2008, at the same time that Josh Hull moved in the opposite direction. Ben can also play in central defence. 

Aged 21, midfield or striker – previously played for King’s Lynn and Godmanchester. This is his first season with Diss.

Aged 19, striker – a quick attacking player who is new to Diss this season. Played for Saham Toney last season.
