The only Single release of Why Worry in my collection is from Brazil, the B-side was One World. I guess that the single was unique to South America, so possibly 7 inch versions exist. Playing times are Why Worry (5:22) and One World (6:56).

The sleeve for
the 6 inch square flexi-disc from Russia. Issued about 1994, came in 4 different colours,
Clear, Blue, Brown and Green. A very rare one-sided flexi-disc,
the sound quality is very poor. This is part of a set.
