MAV

Mav (Maverick) is now a rather handsome (owner only slightly biased) two year old Golden Retriever. He shares him home with two older Goldies, Noble and Blue, and three cats and two human food providers. He started classes at Darcregan when he was four months old - slightly nervous and apprehensive.

However it didn't take long for him to catch on - especially enjoying the fun nights and excelling at sausage on the spoon races and obedience to music! We both have very fond memories of 1 ½ years being taught at Darcregan.

Mav has now moved on to some competition work and despite having been 'red carded' at Ingliston show ground for leaving with ring with his retrieve article, he has subsequently managed a second and third in Limited Obedience at a Golden Retriever Club Championship Show.
