"Our coaches are committed to their own continuous professional development in order to use the behavioural tools that will maximise their client’s potential to lead themselves to the cutting edge of their individual and organisational growth".

Coaching Tools

To enable the above goals to be achieved, a number of tools are used by "The Coaches"

to address the many dimensions of human performance. These include:

Psychometric Assessment

MBTI, Cattell 16PF, Firo B/Elements & Belbin.

To assess our clients personality characteristics, management style

or a particular set of competencies.

Life Goal Inventories

To examine how, when, what and where our clients want to achieve over three,

six, twelve months, three - five years or a lifetime.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Techniques

·        Helps our clients stay on track with their own self-selected solutions and plans.

·        Develops deep rapport and trust with our clients.

·        Generates thought-provoking questions to help our clients clarify their outcomes

and what they need to do to achieve them.

·        Assists our clients to make steady progress towards goals by providing

ongoing structure and accountability

Emotional Intelligence Measures

Cooper and Sawaf (1997) in their model of Emotional Intelligence, which they termed, Executive EQ state that

"Emotional Intelligence is a Primary Source of Human Energy, Information and Influence".

To enable our clients to develop;

 Self-awareness,

Emotional Resilience,

Motivation, Interpersonal Sensitivity,

Influence,

Decisiveness,

Conscientiousness & Integrity.

Of the four models of Emotional Intelligence available, Salovey and Meyer (1990), Goleman (1998), Cooper and Sawaf (1997) and Higgs and Dulewicz (1999)

the model afforded by Higgs and Dulewicz is the one that appears to us to have the greatest rigour applied to its development.

Its subsequent embodiment within an objective Level 'B' psychometric measure means that its predictive and construct validity (Vernon 1969 p. 215 - 219) will be the subject

of on going empirical measurement and comparison with other well validated models, i.e. The Belbin Team Role Types. (Belbin 1986)

Career Anchoring

To enable our clients identify career options and realistic ambitions.

Cultural Modelling

To help our clients integrate individual style and organisation culture.

Psychological Models

Such as Transactional Analysis, Rogerian therapy and Gestalt, to help clients to

better understand their interactions with others.

 Organisational Development Theory

To know what current organisational strategies, structures, processes and

production methods are proven to be effective.

"The effectiveness of your communication is the quality of the response that you receive."
