Initial consultation (1 hour), fitness testing and advice (1 hour) and two 1 hour training sessions - all to give you a flavour of personal training. £60 |
12 Weeks
One hour per week personal training, personal fitness programmes, body and postural analysis, nutritional advice and phone support if needed - all to help you form new healthier habits. £20 per week. |
