Meetings

Each Circle organizes its own activities and meetings. These are mainly social and can be anything from a dinner with a guest speaker to a family day trip. Many of the activities are family oriented, providing excellent opportunities for developing family friendships.

As a member, you are also given details of all Circles' meetings, you are encouraged to attend other Circles' meetings when you can. This can make a trip away from home more sociable and gives you the opportunity to meet Catenians in other areas.It also means that should you move house, you can immediately be part of the local Catholic community.

Wakefield West Riding Circle normally meets at 8.00 pm on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Hotel St. Pierre, Barnsley Road, Newmillar Dam. Ocasionnly, in the case of special functions, the meeting time may be brought forward to 7.30 pm; even the venue might be changed. Visitors are advised, therefoe, to contact the Circle Secretary in advance.
