Karen Boote requests some help... I am currently researching for my dissertation to complete my MSc in Environmental Decision Making with the Open University. The title of my dissertation is 'The formulation of measures necessary to encourage a modal shift from private car use to public transport use for journeys to work in Milton Keynes'. You can probably understand therefore why this group was of interest to me. I am investigating peoples attitudes to car use and public transport use together with the justifications they give for using either method. If anyone would like to tell me how their journey to work by car compares or contrasts with their journey to work by public transport I would be happy to hear from them.
