"Birds do it, bees do it, even the Vietnamese do it"

Vic's first full series without Bob was Vic Reeves Examines on the digital channel; UK Play.
The show had a completely different look to the big budget shows Vic had been making for
the BBC, with a barren set and none of the usual cohorts(apart from an ever-present rabbit called John).  Throughout the series Vic(dressed in black, looking like the anti-Marty)
interviewed celebrity guests about various subjects, sometimes the subject was something in
which the guest obviously had some knowledge(Bill Oddie, Johnny Vegas) and sometimes
obviously not(Jenny Powell, Emma Kennedy), however Vic rarely stayed on the subject for too long.  The interviews were interspersed with a wide variety of pop videos(everything from
Saxon and King Kurt to Lolly and Maureen from Driving School) which were somehow
related to that episode's subject.  Vic Reeves Examines showed Vic as himself rather than as
his usual TV persona.
NOTE: The series was originally broadcast as part of a Vic Reeves Month(also including
repeats of The Weekenders, The Smell, Shooting Stars and Bang, Bang).
