IT'S ULRIKA(1997) BBC2
Also available on video as It's Ulrika.
Following Shooting Stars, Ulrika Jonsson continued to erase her weathergirl image with
this one-off special devised by Vic and Bob. Ulrika is joined by regular R&M players
Lucas and Walliams, Thomas and Burge, Charlie Higson and Messrs Moir and Mortimer
themselves in a series of sketches. Although the show is very funny in places, the script
is so obviously the work of Vic and Bob, Ulrika's personality struggles to break through.

OMNIBUS: THE FILM OF REEVES AND MORTIMER(1997) BBC1
Journalist Paul Morley produced the first serious retrospective of Jim an Bob's career.
Featuring home video footage of the early Big Night Out stage shows, clips from the
TV shows, comments from friends and admirers and interviews with Jim and Bob.
The problem with the documentary is that it takes its subjects too seriously, treating the
work as high art than two blokes having a laugh. That apart, the fact that two comedians
who are still with us are worthy of a documentary displays that Reeves and Mortimer are
regarded as two of the greatest comedians of our time.
Narrated by: STING.

REEVES AND MORTIMER'S DRIVING SCHOOL(1995)
One of the strangest projects Reeves and Mortimer have ever been involved with,
Driving School is split into two halves; the first could easily be seen as a future episode of
The Weekenders and involves Vic and Bob fighting for the attentions of a girl called Sam
whilst attempting to give her a lift home. In the second half, driving errors carried out by
Vic and Bob in part one are scrutinized as a serious educational aid for learner drivers.
Somebody, somewhere thought this was a good idea.
