After the success of Shooting Stars, it was presumed that Vic and Bob's next series would
capitalize on their mainstream popularity.  However, when they did return it was at their
most surreal with Bang, Bang Its Reeves and Mortimer.  Although it was too off-beat for
some tastes, it contains some of Vic and Bob's funniest work.  Only a couple of existing
characters remained and some new ones introduced, the best being the staff of Baron's
Nightclub in a spoof fly-on-the-wall documentary, the Stott brothers returned with a weekly
humiliation of a celebrity guest.  Also, the pan fight was taken to new heights and Vic and
Bob discovered that opening a car door is not as easy as it looks.
NOTE:  The character of Kinky John was first seen on Its Ulrika.
